This is a lovely soft wood scent. Though cedar is the main note, this is actually not a cedar heavy scent (or not straight up cedar chest, which is actually a scent I like). I also don't get a lot of the usual sharp almost smokiness of vetiver. Instead, this is a soft wood, almost powdery (perhaps from the spikenard?), and reminds me a bit of certain types of sandalwood. There is something green in it too (spikenard again?) and so it does seem suitable for spring.
Soft woods, quite lovely, but if you're looking for a straight up cedar scent (as I was) this is not quite it.
